The HomeGrown team will be available as a resource to your community’s leadership team to field questions, strategize recruiting efforts, and create engagement plans with community stakeholders.
Step 4: Launch
With all the moving parts in place, supervised by the HomeGrown team, we’ll celebrate the first batch of apprenticeships and founding business partners together.
Step 3: Train & Recruit
The HomeGrown team will help train and prepare community stakeholders for the right conversations to have with students/families and local businesses.
Step 2: Kickoff Planning
Once the status is green, HomeGrown project managers will organize the kickoff planning meetings with committed community stakeholders.
