The HomeGrown team will be available as a resource to your community’s leadership team to field questions, strategize recruiting efforts, and create engagement plans with community stakeholders.
Step 4: Launch
With all the moving parts in place, supervised by the HomeGrown team, we’ll celebrate the first batch of apprenticeships and founding business partners together.
Step 3: Train & Recruit
The HomeGrown team will help train and prepare community stakeholders for the right conversations to have with students/families and local businesses.
Step 2: Kickoff Planning
Once the status is green, HomeGrown project managers will organize the kickoff planning meetings with committed community stakeholders. Stakeholders will have homework to complete between kickoff meetings to help ensure progression toward launch goals. Is your community ready for a locally-grown apprenticeship program? This two-day (8:00am – 1:00pm each day) professionally-facilitated workshop will help a community swiftly get to a go/no-go/not yet decision state.
